Return of Material Authorization
Mit Return of Material Authorization (oder Return Merchandise Authorization [Amer.]) (RMA-Nummer) wird eine vom Lieferanten vergebene Kennnummer für die Warenrücksendung bezeichnet. Der Kunde wird verpflichtet, vor der Rücksendung eine derartige Kennnummer anzufordern, damit die Ware beim Lieferanten korrekt zugeordnet werden kann.
=> wichtig ist immer, die RMA Nummer gut und sichtbar auf der Verpackung zu markieren!

- Please complete this RMA form and submit it
- RaptoxX will issue you an RMA number.
- RaptoxX replaces the RMA unit with a new unit.
- A credit note will only be issued, if this is part of the contract with the direct customer of RaptoxX.
- The customer sends in the RMA unit at his costs, RaptoxX takes over the freight charges for thereturn shipment.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice or receipt is required and must be attached to the shipment.
- Products have to be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID to RaptoxX within 7 days after issuing the RMA number. RaptoxX reserves the right to cancel any RMA number without notice if the product has not been received within 21 days of authorization issuing. Shipments without a current and proper RMA number will be refused as stated by our policy.
- Please package your return goods carefully, preferably in its original packaging. RaptoxX will not beresponsible for shipping damage incurred during the return process.
- Please just send in the defective unit - for example there is no need to ship the entire computer case if only the PSU is not working.
